Mobile is growing as a marketing strategy, with over 60% of companies planning to run a mobile campaign this year according to an April 2011 survey run by King Fisher Media. In addition, eMarketer projects that budgets for 2011 will increase by 48% over 2010, another sign that mobile is growing and growing fast. However, in that same King Fisher Media survey, of the companies that are currently using a mobile marketing campaign, over one-third of them are not tracking their success, or return on investment.
